5. Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Dope Skipper Hub:

Orders are subject to product availability.
Prices and promotional offers may change, but paid orders will be honored.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors,

7. Refunds and Returns Policy
7.1 Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:
Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances:
- The item received has a printing defect or production error
- The item received is not the size ordered due to our error
- The item has been damaged during delivery
In the case of delivery damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt
and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage.
7.2 Size Confirmation Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct size is selected when
placing an order.
We strongly recommend consulting our sizing guide prior to purchase.
Once a size has been confirmed and the order has entered production, returns or
refunds based on incorrect size selection will not be accepted.
7.3 Custom Printed Items:
All garments are custom printed based on customer specifications.
Once an item has been printed and completed:
- Returns are not permitted
- Refunds will not be issued
This applies to all custom orders, including cases of change of mind, incorrect size
selection by the customer, or dissatisfaction with design choices after approval.
7.4 Non-Refundable Situations:
Dope Skipper Hub does not offer returns or refunds in the following instances:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Requests made after production/printing has been completed
- Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the printing process
7.5 Claims Process:
If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund under the approved
conditions, please follow the steps below:

Provide your order number
Submit clear photographic evidence of the issue

7.6 Resolution:
If your claim is approved, Dope Skipper Hub will offer one of the following
resolutions:
