(CPA), including fair pricing, accurate product information, safe delivery, and hassle-

responsible collection, secure storage, and ethical processing.

Our returns, refunds, exchanges, and complaints procedures are designed to be

2. Scope 

This policy applies to all interactions and processes involving Dope Skipper Hub and 

includes: 

 

Employees & Contractors:  

All staff involved in sales, customer service, marketing, logistics, or data handling. 

 

Systems & Platforms:  

Our e-commerce website, mobile apps, CRM, and any third-party tools used in order 

processing, data management, or marketing. 

 

Customer Interactions:  

Communication via email, phone, social media, or in-person must comply with this 

policy. 

 

Products & Services:  

Covers all goods offered for sale, product descriptions, pricing, promotions, and 

after-sales services. 

 

Legal & Regulatory Compliance:  

Ensures adherence to CPA, POPIA, electronic communications laws, and e- 

commerce regulations. 

 

3. Consumer Protection (CPA) 

3.1 Accurate Product Presentation 

All product descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, promotions, and special 

offers are carefully reviewed for accuracy. 

Any limitations, conditions, or special terms are clearly communicated before 

purchase. 

Promotions and discounts are valid only for the stated period and are subject to 

stock availability. 

Warranty information, product safety instructions, and usage guidelines are provided 

where applicable.  

 

3.2 Customer Complaints 

Complaints can be submitted via email, phone, or online form. 

Acknowledgement occurs within 48 hours, with resolution aimed within 10 business 

days. 

All complaints and resolutions are securely documented to ensure accountability and 

continuous service improvement. 

If unresolved, customers will be informed of escalation options under the CPA. 

 

4. Personal Data Protection (POPIA) 

4.1 Data Collection 

Personal information is collected solely for order processing, customer service, and 

operational purposes. 

Information collected includes name, contact details, billing/shipping information, and 

order history. 

 

4.2 Data Security 

Customer data is encrypted and stored securely. 

Access is strictly controlled to authorized personnel only. 

Data is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal requirements. 

 

4.3 Data Sharing 

Personal information is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, 

except where legally required. 

Any third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, shipping partners) are 

contractually obligated to protect data. 

 

4.4 Customer Rights 

Customers may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information

Requests are processed within 10 business days. 

Customers may also opt out of marketing communications or cookies tracking at any

5. Terms & Conditions 

By placing an order with Dope Skipper Hub: 

You confirm that you are 18 years or older, or have parental/guardian consent. 

Orders are subject to product availability. 

Prices and promotional offers may change, but paid orders will be honored. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors, 

or stock discrepancies. 

Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws while using our online store. 

 

6. Privacy Policy 

Dope Skipper Hub respects your privacy and is committed to responsible data 

handling: 

 

Purpose of Data Use:  

Personal information is used only for order fulfillment, service improvement, and 

marketing (with consent).

7. Refunds and Returns Policy 

7.1 Eligibility for Returns and Refunds: 

Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following circumstances: 

- The item received has a printing defect or production error 

- The item received is not the size ordered due to our error 

- The item has been damaged during delivery 

In the case of delivery damage, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receipt 

and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. 

 

7.2 Size Confirmation Responsibility:  

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct size is selected when 

placing an order.  

We strongly recommend consulting our sizing guide prior to purchase. 

Once a size has been confirmed and the order has entered production, returns or 

refunds based on incorrect size selection will not be accepted. 

 

7.3 Custom Printed Items: 

All garments are custom printed based on customer specifications. 

Once an item has been printed and completed: 

- Returns are not permitted 

- Refunds will not be issued 

This applies to all custom orders, including cases of change of mind, incorrect size 

selection by the customer, or dissatisfaction with design choices after approval. 

 

7.4 Non-Refundable Situations: 

Dope Skipper Hub does not offer returns or refunds in the following instances: 

- Change of mind after order confirmation 

- Incorrect size selected by the customer 

- Requests made after production/printing has been completed 

  • Minor variations in color or placement that may occur during the printing process 

 

7.5 Claims Process: 

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund under the approved 

conditions, please follow the steps below: 

Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order 

Provide your order number 

Submit clear photographic evidence of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. 

 

7.6 Resolution:  

If your claim is approved, Dope Skipper Hub will offer one of the following 

resolutions: 

- Replacement of the item at no additional cost 

  • Partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue

By placing an order, you confirm:

Returns & Refunds Policy, POPIA Privacy Policy, and Terms & Conditions.
